1. What are the events at Chennai 10k Challenge 2017?

2.When is the Chennai 10k Challenge event? What are the timings?

This event is scheduled for 24th September, 2017. 10K - 5:45am and 5K - 7:15am

3.Where is the event going to be conducted?

VGP Golden Beach Resort

4.How do I register?

You can register online by clicking on this link and paying through a choice of Debit Card / Credit Card or Net Banking.

5.How much is the Registration fee?

The Registration fee for the 10k run is Rs 850/- and 5K run is Rs 650/-

6.What does the Registration fee cover?

The registration covers entry to the event, finisher medal, hot breakfast and prize money.

7.Can I register manually (offline)

We do not have an option of manual registrations.

8.Is there a minimum/maximum age for participants?

For the 10k Run the minimum age to participate is 14+ years as on the 24th of September, 2017. 5K run is open to all. Minors participating in the 5K run should be accompanied by an adult.

9.What is the last date of registration?

Registration will be open subject to slot availability. Follow us on the FB page and website for updates.

10.Can I transfer/cancel my registration? Will there be any refund?

Sorry, no cancellations are possible and registration fees are non-refundable.

11.Oops! I have made a mistake in one of my registration fields. How do I correct it?

Please send an email to support@chennai10kchallenge.com with the correct details and we will update it.

12.There was a problem during registration. I have been charged but I did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?

Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days automatically. However, please email us at support@chennai10kchallenge.com with details of your registration - date of registration, name and your mail id and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and closed.
